Location: Munich Start: Immediately Duration: 3-6 months Type: Full-time internship / Part-Time Working Student Please note: This role requires native-level American English Bliro is exploring the US market, and we're looking for someone to lead our very first outbound efforts there - from Munich. Whether you're an exchange student, intern, or just here for a semester abroad - this is a high-ownership, high-visibility role: you'll be talking directly to American prospects every day, and the pipeline you build will shape one of the biggest decisions Bliro makes this year. ABOUT BLIRO At Bliro, we're revolutionizing the daily work of sales teams with AI. 2.5 million field sales reps in Germany alone lose hours every day to manual follow-up work. Bliro solves exactly that problem - with proprietary AI technology developed at TU Munich and funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and the EU Commission, which transcribes and analyzes customer conversations in real time, whether online or in person. This allows teams worldwide to make data-driven decisions and automate their processes. Today, more than 2,000 companies already trust Bliro - including fast-growing startups, established corporates, and mid-sized companies (e.g. igus, Lanxess, and Telefónica Deutschland). Backed by top investors, we're now looking for a motivated Sales (SDR) intern to help drive our growth even further. Our sales team brings experience from the fastest-growing software companies in the world (ex-Deel, ex-Autodesk, ex-Celonis) as well as their own startup founding experience! 👇 See for yourself what you'll be selling to sales teams: Sounds like the future? It is. And you can help shape it! 🎯 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Own outbound prospecting into the US market - research, cold-call, and open conversations with potential customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn. 2. Qualify leads rigorously, distinguishing genuine buying interest from polite enthusiasm - you'll need good instincts for reading US business conversations specifically. 3. Book and manage a pipeline of introductory calls and demos. 4. Work closely with founders and the Account Executive team to shape how we position Bliro for American prospects. 5. Bring structure to a brand-new motion - there's no existing playbook here, so your feedback on what works will directly influence our approach. 6. Support a leadership visit to the US to meet prospects in person, helping prepare briefings and scheduling. 🧠 YOUR PROFILE We're not looking for finished professionals - we're looking for doers with passion and curiosity. What you should bring: * Native or near-native American English speaker, with genuine fluency in US business communication norms and small talk. * Confident and natural on the phone - you can build rapport with a stranger quickly. * Currently a student (any field) or in a gap year, based in or able to work from Munich for the duration of the role. * Resilient and self-motivated - comfortable with high call volume and undeterred by rejection. Nice to have, but not required: * Prior experience in outbound sales (e.g. internships, working student jobs, part-time jobs) * Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other outreach tools * Working German sufficient to collaborate day-to-day with the Munich team (native German not required). 💡 WHY BLIRO 💸 Compensation + perks worth mentioning This isn't an "internship for experience" - you'll get a fair salary, an uncapped variable bonus (yes, even as an intern), a Deutschlandticket, Wellpass, and food and drinks in the office. Your effort gets rewarded. Learning budget? We've got it. Sales library? Of course. Personal coaching? Included too 🌍 20 people, 9 countries, one network Here you'll meet creativity and internationality. You'll work with people who think along with you, laugh with you, and want to grow with you. Our team also brings experience from the fastest-growing software companies in the world. On top of that, you'll benefit from our strong network in Munich's startup ecosystem - with connections to VCs and founders. 📍 An office location that's hard to beat Our office sits right above the Augustiner Stammhaus - right in the heart of Munich. Whether it's lunch with a view of the city or a quick after-work beer around the corner: you won't find a better neighborhood. 🥳 Real team spirit, every month We don't wait for the annual offsite. At Bliro, there are monthly team events - from mini golf and bowling to burrito nights and pickleball. Spontaneous lunches and coffee breaks included. 🧑‍💻 Flexible 9 to 5 not your thing? No problem. Whether from your kitchen table or the office - what matters to us is the result, not the location. And yes, pajama pants are officially allowed when working from home. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 You'll never pitch alone Your start at Bliro will be accompanied by a buddy who onboards you, catches you when needed, and keeps you supplied with memes. We're team players - from day one to your first successful demo (and beyond). Do you want to experience and help shape the sales side of an AI startup from the ground up? Then apply now! Let's build the future of Sales - together. 💥
