FOR WHAT TASKS? * Operational management of campaigns, funnel calculation, technical setup of campaigns * Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL ARE YOU LOOKING FOR? * 2+ years in mobile gaming UA * Experience managing paid traffic profitably * Strong understanding of ARPU, Retention, LTV, eCPM, CPI dynamics * Hands-on work with: Google Ads, Meta, Video Networks. Google Ads, Meta are the main priority. * Experience running and scaling creatives via systematic testing * Russian fluent Nice to Have * Experience with ad-monetized word/puzzle games (IAA/Hybrid) * Long LTV projects (180+ day payback) * Testing and scaling emerging ad networks We value ownership, data skepticism, and hypothesis-driven decision making.
