The successful candidate will demonstrate strong, scholarly-informed teaching in English language instruction, a clear commitment to student progression, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured, multi-section academic environment. The role requires disciplined course delivery, alignment with shared curricula and assessments, and the consistent use of evidence-based instructional practices. Faculty are expected to teach integrated language skills, monitor student learning closely, and ensure that students meet defined progression standards for entry into degree programs.
