Candidates should demonstrate strong teaching and communication skills, relevant university-level teaching experience, and the ability to apply effective and contemporary teaching methodologies. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver innovative undergraduate courses in English and related subjects * Contribute to curriculum development through the design and revision of syllabi for new and existing courses. * Innovate teaching practices by developing and implementing interactive student-oriented, inclusive pedagogical strategies and instructional methods. * Integrate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools and interactive learning platforms, into teaching and curriculum design. * Supervise senior projects and provide academic guidance to students. * Maintain rigorous assessment standards in accordance with current best practices and institutional guidelines.
