ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver outstanding guest service by creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized dining experience. * Provide expert menu recommendations, accurately take and serve food and beverage orders, and ensure exceptional service standards. * Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas in line with Aethos standards. * Support stock control and ensure all service items are replenished and ready for operation. * Process guest payments accurately while following company procedures. * Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues. * Work collaboratively with the restaurant and kitchen teams, contributing to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused service. KEY QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS * Fluency in Spanish and English. * Previous experience in hospitality is highly valued. * Passion for delivering outstanding guest service with a warm and professional attitude. * Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. * Commitment to Aethos values, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.
