THE OPPORTUNITY Parspec is looking for an ABM Specialist to build and run our account-based marketing engine. Our market is concentrated: a defined universe of MEP distributors and rep agencies, each with a knowable buying committee. That makes this one of the purest ABM problems in B2B — the accounts are identifiable, the personas are consistent, and the sales team is hungry for air cover. You will own the programs that turn named accounts into qualified pipeline, working directly with the Head of Marketing and Sales leadership. This is a hands-on builder role at a Series A company. You will select the accounts, build the touchpoints, run the channels, and own the handoff to Sales. WHAT YOU WILL OWN ENTERPRISE ABM * Design and launch account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments, creating tailored touchpoints for specific buying committees within target accounts. * Build and maintain target account lists with clear selection logic, intent signals, and persona mapping. * Partner directly with the Sales team on a tight feedback loop: lead quality, account prioritization, and the air cover needed to close high-value deals. * Manage the transition of marketing-engaged leads to Sales, ensuring high-intent prospects are identified and prioritized for immediate outreach. ACCOUNT-BASED CHANNELS * Build, launch, and optimize the paid channels that reach your accounts (LinkedIn, Google), continuously testing audiences, creative, and offers. * Own HubSpot as the system of record: lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, campaign attribution, and data hygiene. * Build campaign dashboards that track account penetration, engagement, and pipeline contribution. FIELD AND EVENT ABM * Build the target account list for each industry event and drive pre-show outreach in partnership with Sales. * Own post-event lead follow-through from engaged account to qualified opportunity. * Drive distribution of our thought leadership through industry associations and partnerships. WHO YOU ARE MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS * 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation or ABM experience, specifically within early-stage (Series A/B) AI, enterprise software, construction tech, or similar environments. * You have personally run account-based programs that produced pipeline and can speak precisely to the numbers: accounts targeted, engagement rates, spend, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline generated. You know your own numbers cold. * Working understanding of B2B buying committees and how to sequence touchpoints against different personas — this is the core of the role. * Expert-level "doer" who builds their own campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and HubSpot without needing an agency or large team. * Hands-on HubSpot operator: you have personally built lead scoring models, routing workflows, nurture sequences, and reporting dashboards. * Experience running event-driven demand: target account lists, pre-show outreach, post-event follow-up to pipeline. * Direct experience collaborating with Sales and leadership on strategy and lead handoffs. * Bias toward shipping. You move fast, test constantly, and close the loop on what worked. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Experience with account intelligence and enrichment tooling (Clay, Demandbase, 6sense, ZoomInfo or similar). * AI-native proficiency: track record of using AI tools to speed up your work without dropping quality.
