What You’ll Bring * 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, ad tech, or a related field. * Foundational understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media, CTV, and campaign metrics. * Experience with programmatic, CTV, video, data solutions, PMP opportunities, or supply path optimization. * Experience prospecting, building client relationships, and managing sales activity through a CRM. * Experience supporting client conversations, proposals, presentations, or RFPs. * Strong analytical, consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail. * Curious, coachable, resilient, self-motivated, and collaborative, with a willingness to take initiative. * Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, including consistent in-office presence. * Energetic, can-do attitude — you enjoy engaging and entertaining clients while balancing that with being a trusted advisor to their business. Extra Credit If You Bring * Existing relationships with Horizon or its clients. * Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements. * Interest in developing toward larger, more complex account and sales responsibilities.
