If you’re a natural negotiator who loves hitting targets and building long-term relationships, this is your chance to make a real impact.     WHAT YOU’LL DO * Sales and lead sourcing: Acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved * Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners, and to ensure economic sustainability and mutual growth of the partnership * Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner * Brand ambassador: Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values * Generate New Business Revenue as per Targets * Drive new business prospecting throughout the Territory/VM Assigned * Special/ad-hoc projects will be assigned by Line Manager/ Department Manager * Work time: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) * Work location: No. 10, Pho Quang Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Bachelor/ College's degree, preferably in marketing or business related subjects; * Min 2 years solid experience in business development or sales within logistics or a fast-paced and related industry; * Outstanding presentation & communications skills; * Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines; * Proficiency in written Vietnamese & English; * Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Self motivated, proactive, take ownership and personal responsibility; * Hard working & friendly team player, enthusiastic and adaptable; Candidate Notice * While ensuring your application is prioritized for reaching out and your data remains protected following the personal data privacy, we encourage you to apply directly via our Careers Website instead.
