As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Cladding Estimator to play a key role in delivering competitive and accurate bids from our Surrey office. This is an excellent opportunity if you are detail-oriented, passionate about construction, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   What You’ll Do * Review project documents, including drawings and specifications, to assess scope and requirements * Perform quantity take-offs and material estimates using architectural drawings * Prepare cost estimates for cladding projects, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness * Submit bids and track project proposals to ensure timely submissions * Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing information and negotiate costs * Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope * Use industry-specific software, such as Bluebeam and Microsoft Office, for estimating and documentation * Maintain and update cost databases, historical pricing records, and bid tracking systems What You Bring to the Team * A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in cladding, façade systems, or building envelope projects * Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost estimation and quantity take-offs * Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings * Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and clients * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, and GoNest (or similar estimating/optimization software) * Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines   Role Snapshot * Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5   * Type: Full-Time, Onsite * Hours of Work: M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. * Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) * Reports To: Cladding Estimating Manager * Vacancy Reason: New Position / Existing Vacancy * Number of Positions: 1    Why Join Bothwell-Accurate? * Real opportunities to grow and advance * A team that supports you like family * Competitive benefits that grow with you * Bi-weekly pay you can count on * Work on high-profile, high-impact projects Where your work shapes skylines, and your growth shapes your career.
