From bidding to global delivery, we simplify the process of giving a second life to used cars. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our Logistics Team. The primary focus of this position is to guide customers through the car shipping process and provide exceptional support if logistical challenges arise. Responsibilities:  * Assist customers with on-line questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed.  * Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs.  * Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.      Requirements:  * Strong proficiency in English, knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required.  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations. * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.   * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.  * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet  Terms & Schedule: * Employment: Full-time, long-term B2B contract * Working  Hours: 16:00 – 01:00 Kyiv time (EEST) * Holidays: We follow the US calendar (all US public holidays are observed days off) Benefits:  * Competitive compensation  * Working alongside a team of professionals from the US and EU, who are setting the new global standard in the automotive industry   * All the equipment you’ll need to be successful   * 20 paid vacation days * Exciting and memorable team-building activities and corporate parties    If you love logistics and problem-solving, and are passionate about customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a fast-paced, global industry.
