We are a passionate and dedicated team composed of 100+ employees worldwide, committed to making AutoBidMaster the greatest place to buy and ship salvaged vehicles while making the industry transparent, innovative & fun.  We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Dispatch Agent to join our international logistics team. This individual will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers experiencing car shipping issues. In addition, they will coordinate with our drivers in the US to ensure timely and efficient transportation.       Responsibilities:    * Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving car shipping issues in a timely and professional manner.  * Coordinate with drivers across the US to facilitate prompt and efficient pick-up and delivery schedules.  * Effectively communicate with our Customer Support Team, keeping them informed of car shipping status, delays, and any issues that may arise.  * Collaborate with other members of the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.  * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping details, driver schedules, and customer interactions in the company database.  * Manage emergency situations related to car shipping, coordinating with drivers and customers to find satisfactory solutions.  * Assist with inquiries about car shipping processes, policies, and pricing    Requirements:    * Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is preferred but not required.  * Prior experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.  * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.  * Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.  * Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.  * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. * Working hours: 15:00 CET - 00:00 CET * Working from the office is required * Kind Reminder: we employ ONLY via B2B type of contract!   Benefits:  * Competitive compensation  * Working alongside a fast-growing team of professionals from the US and EU, who are setting the new global standard in the automotive industry   * All the equipment you’ll need to be successful   * 20 paid days of vacation  * US public holidays are off — we work according to the US calendar   * Exciting and memorable team-building activities and corporate parties   If you love logistics and problem-solving, and are passionate about customer service, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow and make a significant impact in our company.
