About the Role We’re hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations generalist to partner closely with our VP of Sales and GTM leadership team on the highest-impact growth initiatives across the business. This is a highly strategic role focused on identifying, evaluating, and executing opportunities that accelerate revenue growth and improve go-to-market effectiveness. You'll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to drive critical initiatives that shape how we acquire, monetize, and retain customers. As one of the first GTM Strategy & Ops hires, you'll have outsized ownership and visibility, leading ambiguous, high-priority projects that influence company growth—from pricing and packaging strategy to AI-native workflows and new revenue opportunities. You Will * Lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the GTM organization, from problem definition through execution * Partner with GTM leadership to identify growth opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and drive key business decisions * Analyze and recommend improvements to pricing, packaging, monetization, and go-to-market motions * Identify, size, and validate new markets, customer segments, and revenue opportunities * Drive special projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships that unlock growth and improve operational efficiency * Design and implement AI-native workflows that help GTM teams operate more effectively and scale faster * Build business cases, financial models, and analyses to support investment, resourcing, and prioritization decisions * Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into pipeline, conversion, retention, and overall GTM performance * Improve GTM processes, systems, and operating rhythms as the company scales You Have * 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a similar generalist role (4+ years preferred) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and drive them to resolution * Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Finance teams * A strong interest in go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and how businesses scale * Proficiency with spreadsheets, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions * A bias toward action and comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment Nice to Have * Experience in B2B SaaS, recruiting tech, or AI * Experience with AI tooling / have built your own tools * Experience as an early BizOps, Strategy, or first operations hire at a startup Perks & Benefits * Top-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success. * Comprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents.
