About the role: Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and we want Instagram to become one of our largest channels for reaching creators, showcasing what is possible with AI and building a recognizable presence around our products. This is not about maintaining a polished company feed or scheduling corporate posts. We want to build an account that people actively choose to follow because the content is consistently interesting, useful, entertaining or visually exceptional. As our Instagram Channel Manager, you will own Creative Fabrica's Instagram presence and be responsible for growing its reach, views and audience. You will decide what we publish, develop new formats, identify trends and opportunities, coordinate the creative assets you need and continuously experiment with what works. Reels will be a major part of the role, but you will own the entire Instagram channel: feed content, carousels, Stories, community interaction and new formats as the platform evolves. You will work closely with our Video Editor, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer and Educational Content Producer. You will have significant creative resources available to you, but ultimately you own the performance of the channel. We expect a high publishing and experimentation velocity: the goal is not to make every post perfect, but to continuously create, learn what earns attention, develop winning formats and scale what works. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. What you will do: * Own the channel - be accountable for growing Creative Fabrica's Instagram views, reach, engagement and audience, and continuously evolve the content strategy based on performance and platform changes * Publish across every format - create and publish content across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and other relevant Instagram formats * Develop original concepts - build content around AI, creativity, new technology, product capabilities and internet culture, with strong hooks that make people watch, share, save or follow * Catch trends early - identify emerging Instagram trends, formats and creative styles and quickly turn relevant opportunities into content * Make our products visual - find interesting, surprising and impressive ways to demonstrate what people can create with AI * Build recurring formats - create series that give people a reason to follow the account and come back * Direct the creative team - brief and collaborate with our Video Editor, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer and Educational Content Producer, and work with Product Marketing to translate major launches into Instagram-native content * Experiment at high velocity - maintain a high, consistent publishing pace and aggressively test concepts, hooks, formats, visual styles, captions and publishing approaches * Learn from the data - monitor views, reach, watch time, shares, saves and follows, then quickly create follow-ups and variations around winning posts and formats * Build an active presence - engage with comments, creators and relevant accounts, identify collaboration opportunities, and keep studying the best-performing accounts inside and outside the AI industry What you will need: * 2+ years of channel experience - professionally managing and growing Instagram, social channels or creator-led accounts, with demonstrable organic reach * Deep Instagram and Reels knowledge - a strong understanding of how content gets discovered and distributed, across Reels, Stories, carousels and feed content * Short-form craft and visual judgment - a strong grasp of hooks, short-form storytelling, pacing and retention, and a sharp eye for what makes content stand out in a feed * Independent creative drive - highly creative and constantly generating new ideas and concepts rather than waiting for briefs or a predefined content calendar * Production and briefing skills - comfortable briefing designers, editors and other creative specialists, with basic content creation and editing skills in tools like CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud * High-output, data-informed mindset - comfortable publishing and experimenting frequently, seeing content fail, using Instagram Insights to make decisions, and aggressively building on what works * AI curiosity and excellent English - a strong interest in AI, willingness to constantly experiment with new AI products and creative tools, and excellent written and spoken English Nice to have: * A growth track record - you've personally grown an Instagram account from an early stage, ideally with Reels reaching 100K+ or 1M+ organic views, or have an existing creator portfolio * Format and copy strength - experience building recurring social formats or recognizable content series, plus strong copywriting and caption-writing skills * AI and multi-platform content - experience creating content around AI, technology or creative tools, using generative AI for ideation and production, or working with TikTok or YouTube Shorts * Creator-brand experience - you've built a brand account that behaves more like a creator/media account than a corporate one, worked with creators and influencers, or thrived in a fast-moving, high-output environment We would also like to offer you: * Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. * 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. * 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. * Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). * Company pension plan. * Company events and overseas trips!
