About the role: Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and X is one of the most important places where the AI industry talks, launches products, discovers new tools and shapes opinions. We want Creative Fabrica to become a highly visible and recognizable voice in that conversation. We are not looking for someone to schedule corporate announcements or maintain a traditional social media calendar. We want someone who understands how X actually works, moves fast and knows how to make a brand account feel native to the platform. As our X Channel Manager, you will own Creative Fabrica's presence on X and be responsible for growing its reach, views, engagement and audience. You will operate the account every day: creating original posts, reacting to developments, participating in conversations, engaging with creators and AI companies, experimenting with new formats and finding opportunities to make Creative Fabrica part of the conversation. This is not a traditional social media management role. We want the account to have personality, opinions and energy. It should feel like there is a smart, highly online person behind it rather than a corporate communications department. You will have significant freedom to experiment with the voice, content and tactics of the account, plus access to our Graphic Designer, Motion Designers, Video Editor and Educational Content Producer when you need creative assets. The objective is simple: make Creative Fabrica difficult to ignore on X. This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days. What you will do: * Own the account - be accountable for growing Creative Fabrica's impressions, engagement, audience and overall presence on X * Develop a distinctive voice - build a recognizable personality for the account and experiment with tone, formats, hooks, timing and visuals * Create X-native content - publish original posts, threads, replies, memes and product demonstrations, operating the account actively throughout the day rather than scheduling a fixed number of posts * Ride the news cycle - follow developments across AI, technology and the creator ecosystem, spot emerging conversations early and turn relevant news into content while it still matters * Join the conversation - engage directly with AI creators, founders, researchers and influential accounts, and insert Creative Fabrica in ways that are useful, funny, interesting or provocative rather than promotional * Show off our AI products - find interesting ways to demonstrate what people can create, without making the account feel like a continuous advertisement * Build recurring formats - develop themes and content series people begin to recognize, working with our creative team on images, videos, memes and demonstrations made specifically for X * Turn launches into moments - collaborate with Product Marketing to turn product announcements into X-native launch moments * Learn from the data - monitor impressions, engagement, profile visits and follower growth, identify breakout posts and quickly develop follow-ups and variations around what is working * Build relationships - grow connections with influential people and accounts in the AI ecosystem, while monitoring competitors and what generates attention across the industry What you will need: * 2+ years of channel experience - managing X/Twitter accounts, social channels, communities or creator-led accounts, with demonstrable posts that generate meaningful organic reach and engagement * Deep X fluency - a strong understanding of X culture, mechanics and how content spreads on the platform, plus memes, internet culture and platform-native communication * Sharp short-form writing - excellent copywriting and written English, with a strong grasp of hooks, positioning and communicating an idea in very few words * Speed and judgment - a fast thinker and executor who can react while a conversation is still relevant, with strong judgment on when to be bold and when a topic requires restraint * Independent creative drive - able to develop original content ideas and interesting angles rather than relying on a predefined calendar or simply communicating company news * High-output, data-informed mindset - comfortable posting and engaging frequently, experimenting publicly, having some ideas fail, and using analytics to capitalize on what gains traction without becoming formulaic * Genuine AI interest - extremely online and naturally curious about AI, startups, creators, technology and internet culture, able to quickly understand which industry developments matter Nice to have: * A personal track record on X - you've grown an X account yourself, ideally with posts reaching 500K+ or 1M+ organic impressions, or have a portfolio demonstrating strong content instincts * Outspoken brand experience - you've run a highly recognizable, founder-led or personality-led account, or built community and creator engagement around one * AI ecosystem connections - existing relationships within the AI or technology community on X, or experience covering and creating content around AI and emerging technology * Creative production skills - meme-making and internet-native content experience, strong visual instincts, basic image/video creation, or using generative AI to create social content We would also like to offer you: * Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you. * 30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year. * 24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays. * Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card). * Company pension plan. * Company events and overseas trips!
