We are currently hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse for a special case in Palmdale. Successful applicants will be required to attend orientation at our Oxnard office. **Saturday and Sunday 6pm-8pm and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings 8am-10am.** Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. * Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. * Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. * Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. * Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications * Current LVN license in the state of California. * Experience in Nursing * Experience with straight catheters, suppositories and range of motion * Ability to provide critical care for patients with complex needs.
