About the Role: We are looking for Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team on. In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day production of high-quality medical products, ensuring all activities are completed safely, accurately, and in line with our quality standards and regulatory requirements. Multiple opportunities available across our key production teams: * Greyside Team: Supports the preparation and chemical washing of medical tissue products. Ability to work 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday and extra hours, short notice and every second Saturday on a rotating shift. * Freeze-Drying Team: Prepare tissue samples for the freeze-drying process and maintain equipment, tray and work areas to our high hygiene standards. Ability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday and some Saturday work required. Other Key responsibilities * Perform manufacturing activities in line with company procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements * Operate equipment and complete manual and semi-automated production tasks accurately * Complete production documentation, batch records, equipment logs, and electronic records with a high level of accuracy * Perform product inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance and consistency * Identify and escalate production issues, deviations, or quality concerns * Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production environment * Work collaboratively with your team and support cross-training across production areas * Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements Due to the nature of both roles, an additional allowance is provided. About you: You’ll be a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You’ll enjoy working in a structured manufacturing environment where following processes and maintaining high standards are essential.
