ABOUT THE CLIENT A leading provider of audience measurement, data, and analytics. The organization delivers comprehensive insights into consumer engagement across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Conduct comprehensive testing, checking, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products primarily in France. * Oversee and monitor data outputs and final deliveries to clients. * Communicate with clients and offer support during client calls and in-person meetings related to data quality and monitoring in the French language. * Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to enhance existing processes and products and successfully introduce new measurement technologies. * Provide guidance and serve as the primary escalation point for all quality and monitoring inquiries from team members. * Document and maintain all processes and quality assurance procedures. WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience. * Analytical capabilities, excellent attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. * Advanced data analysis skills and proficiency with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools). * Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective internal and external interaction. * Project management skills to drive tasks and documentation to completion. NICE TO HAVE * Knowledge of digital products, and an understanding of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies. * Experience in a client-facing role or providing support to clients.
