WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We are hiring world-class talent from all over the world, and they all land in Almaty. We're looking for a Relocation Specialist who will own the entire journey of every international hire: from the moment they sign the offer to the moment they're fully settled and legally employed in Kazakhstan. You bring: * High agency and extreme ownership — you drive each case end-to-end, nobody chases you. * Deep respect for deadlines: visas, permits, and registrations have hard dates, and you never miss them. * Empathy and a service mindset — for a new hire, you are the face of the company in the most stressful weeks of their move. * Comfort with ambiguity, changing regulations, and a high-intensity, fast-scaling environment. * Discretion when handling passports, personal data, and confidential documents. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON * Own end-to-end relocation of international employees moving to Kazakhstan: from offer acceptance to full onboarding in Almaty. * Manage the full immigration process for inbound hires: visas, work permits, migration registration, and all required filings with Kazakhstani authorities. * Prepare, collect, and verify all documents required for legal employment of foreign nationals under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including translations, notarization, and apostille/legalization where needed. * Coordinate with external providers — migration agencies, legal counsel, translators, and relocation vendors — and hold them to deadlines and quality. * Track permit and registration deadlines, renewals, and status changes for all foreign employees, and keep a single up-to-date source of truth. * Run the practical side of the move: pre-arrival guidance, travel coordination, temporary housing, airport pickup, local registration, bank account and mobile setup, and first-weeks support in Almaty. * Be the single point of contact for relocating employees and their questions — before, during, and after the move. * Partner with Recruiting, HR, Ops, and hiring managers so start dates, contracts, and immigration timelines stay in sync. * Monitor changes in Kazakhstan's migration and labor legislation affecting foreign employees and adapt our processes proactively. * Build scalable, well-documented relocation playbooks as the volume of international hires grows. YOUR MUST-HAVES * Hands-on experience managing immigration and relocation of foreign nationals into Kazakhstan: visas, work permits, and migration registration. * Practical knowledge of Kazakhstan's migration legislation and the requirements for employing foreign citizens. * Experience working directly with government authorities and external migration/legal providers. * Proven ability to manage multiple parallel cases with hard deadlines and zero missed dates. * Strong document management skills and high attention to detail. * Excellent written and spoken English (you'll work daily with international hires) plus fluent Russian; Kazakh is a strong advantage. YOUR GOOD-TO-HAVES * Experience in a fast-scaling startup or international company relocating employees to Kazakhstan at volume. * Established relationships with migration agencies and service providers in Almaty. * Experience organizing the "soft landing" side of relocation: housing search, settling-in support, spouse/family questions. * Background in HR operations or global mobility. THE DEAL * Full-time, on-site role in our Almaty office. * Competitive salary in USD. * Opportunity to grow alongside one of the fastest-scaling AI companies globally. * High ownership, fast learning, and meaningful impact from day one.
