Your Role at Eye * Take ownership of, and continue to grow, an existing team of Account Executives and a Solutions Engineer: hiring, onboarding, and developing talent to scale. * Coach your team through the full new business cycle; from cold outreach and qualification to negotiation and close. Lead by example on strategic new business opportunities. * Drive regional revenue targets, maintain forecast accuracy, and run deal reviews using MEDDPICC. * Support your team on tough negotiations, step into strategic deals to help them close. * Work with MSPs and brokers to expand the pipeline, execute tier-up strategy, and unlock new revenue streams. * Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation, work with Solutions Engineering on technical support. * Report pipeline, forecast, and team performance to the Regional Sales Director. Who You Are * At least 1 year of experience leading team of Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition within a SaaS B2B environment. * You have experience with MSP, VAR, or reseller ecosystems. You understand how to partner effectively and help partners grow. * Background in a new business commercial role with software or cybersecurity sales. Strong at discovery, qualification, and value-based conversations. * You work with frameworks like MEDDPICC. You know when and how to apply them. * You're comfortable with forecasts, pipelines, and metrics. You make decisions based on data. * You work well across teams, handle uncertainty, and bring people together. * Fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written. Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
