This role drives talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, employee engagement  Duties & Responsibilities:  Business Partnership: * Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.  * Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.  * Support business transformation, organizational change, and growth initiatives.  * Use people data and analytics to inform business decisions and recommend actionable solutions. Talent Management: * Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent.  * Lead succession planning and leadership development initiatives.  * Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.  * Coach managers on talent assessment and career development conversations.  * Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their development.  Organizational Development & Change Management: * Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives.  * Partner with leaders during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or transformation programs.  * Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.  * Drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.  * Strong experience in employee relations, including handling complex employee cases and termination processes.  Qualifications & Experience: * Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR Business Partner r experience  * Proven experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.  * Strong background in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.  * Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational transformations, restructuring, and culture change initiatives.  * Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, with the ability to balance business needs and risk management.  * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and leverage data to drive business decisions.  * Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility at all organizational levels.
