You are responsible for the physical and logistical ecosystem of our employees and their families, ensuring that "Quality of Life" translates directly into "Peak Performance."  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: HR Operations & Administration  * End-to-end HR operations focused on Brazil, ensuring full compliance with Brazilian legislation (HR documentation, payroll, benefits administration), with additional HR Operations support for other countries as required.  * Vendor management (payroll, immigration, insurance broker)  * Liaising with vendors, suppliers and service providers for ongoing purchases  * Global HR projects and processes support (T&D, HR brand, KPIs, Performance management etc.)  * HR records keeping (taking signatures, documents filing, labor books etc.)  * On-site employees support/onboarding/off-boarding (paperwork, entrance cards, insurance etc.)  * Office and travel administration (upon request)   QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Technical & Professional  * 5-6 year of relevant HR experience  * Proven track record in managing external payroll providers and complex HR reporting  * Excellent Serbian labor law knowledge, other jurisdictions experience will be a great advantage  * Ability to develop and refine HR policies that balance legal requirements with a high-performance culture  * Positive and constructive attitude   * Analytical mindset  * Accurate and pedantic   * Ability to multitasking   * Strong spoken and written English, Spanish and Portuguese - must have Nice to have  * Prior experience working as an HR Business Partner (HRBP), demonstrating the ability to support business leaders with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives.
