Why Choose Apex Solutions? * Commission Pay (current techs pacing to do $150,000 - $200,000this year) * WORK-LIFE BALANCE  * Standard Working Hours-    Monday-Friday / 8am - 5pm / On call rotation * 401(k)retirement plans with company matching * Medical Insurance (100% Employee Premium Company Paid) * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * PAID TRAINING * 80 hours + of PTO Accrued per Year * 4 Paid Holidays Off * Company-Provided uniforms(Polos, t-shirts and hats) * Company IPAD (We use top-of-the-line software for dispatching) * NEXSTAR Company- Our Employees have access to world class training and coaching * Team-Focused Work Environment * Fun!We have motivational meetings * Win!Paid time off or tools when you get 5-star reviews from customers * Appreciation-Employee of the month plaque and bonus check! * Community Focus: We are dedicated to serving our customers as well as the greater good by contributing to both local and global causes. * Office Support: We have a dream team of office employees that are dedicated to making your life easier from the Warehouse to Dispatch & Customer Service, to Marketing and HR Job Duties: * Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems * Cut, assemble and install pipes and tubes with attention to existing infrastructure (e.g. electrical wiring) * Install and maintain water supply systems * Locate and repair issues with water supply lines (e.g. leaks) * Repair or replace broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets etc. * Repair domestic appliances (e.g. washing machines) and fixtures (e.g. sinks) etc. * Install and maintain gas lines * Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems Skills: * Proven experience as a plumber * Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings * Working knowledge of drains, water lines and ventilation systems as well as appliances * Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.) * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly with a great deal of patience * Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces * Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of apprenticeship * Valid license to practice profession Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record * Valid Kentucky Journeyman plumbing license * 2+ years of experience in plumbing * Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment * Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions * Good communication skills with clients and other team members * Knowledge of safety protocols and practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment * Precision and attention to detail   Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
