Role Overview We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive new revenue in the digital advertising security space. You will use your existing relationships with publishers, platforms and walled gardens to open doors, and own the full cycle from first touch to close. This is a net new business role. Most of your pipeline will be pipeline you build yourself. You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-team stakeholders to expand our market presence and grow the accounts you win. This position will report directly to the CEO. Key Responsibilities * New Business Development: Self generate the majority of your pipeline through disciplined outbound, market research, and your existing network. * Full Sales Cycle: Own the cycle from first touch to close for mid-market and enterprise AdTech accounts. Act as a trusted advisor, tying our security solutions to each buyer's specific risk and revenue problems. * Territory Planning: Build and execute territory plans that hit revenue targets. Keep CRM data clean enough to forecast from. * Account Growth: Build relationships with decision makers up to C-level and expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales engineering, product, and marketing on tailored solutions and presentations. Feed customer and market signal back to those teams. * Market Intelligence: Stay current on digital advertising developments and the evolution of how ads are being abused. Experience & Qualifications * 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including a substantial track record in AdTech selling enterprise deals. Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota. * Proven hunter. You have built your own pipeline through outbound rather than working inbound or marketing sourced leads, and you can speak to the deals you sourced yourself. * An established network with publishers, platforms, networks and walled gardens. You know the decision makers, you can reach them directly, and those relationships have followed you across roles. * Proven closer to complex, high value deals with multiple stakeholders and long cycles, including procurement, legal, and security review. * Excellence in consultative selling. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification, a Challenger point of view, and the ability to ask compelling questions. * Credible with technical buyers on programmatic technology and able to learn the cyber security concepts that prove our value. * Outstanding communication and presentation skills, particularly in engaging with senior executives. * Track record of accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene, ideally in HubSpot. Nice to Haves * Direct experience selling security technology to advertising companies. * Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as threat detection, ad fraud prevention, and compliance.
