ABOUT THE JOB Launch and scale new music games profitably through organic and non-organic channels across the globe (US, China, Japan, etc.) WHAT YOU WILL DO * Manage and run multiple user acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Applovin, Mintegral, etc.) * Analyze data through (1) market and competitor performance (2) various ad campaign metrics (installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS), (3) A/B testing creatives, and cross-check (4) revenue and product metrics in order to understand user behaviors, define and execute UA strategy for new games to enter and win the target markets * Work closely with Creative teams to provide UA insights to improve product marketability * Work closely with global vendors/ ad networks to optimize campaigns * Understand and implement each ad networks best practices as well as test new ad networks to expand user inventories QUALIFICATIONS * 1-2 years working experience in Performance Marketing (Google/Facebook/Other Adnetworks) with proven success * Being familiar with using mobile marketing attribution tool (e.g. Appsflyer or Adjust) * In-app marketing experience for driving deeper conversions * Data analysis, Strategic & Tactical planning, Problem solving * Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a cross-functional team, Stakeholder management * Good communication (English writing and speaking skills) * Possess a creative mindset and an instinct for identifying trends. * Customer-oriented, Innovative, Emotional intelligence * Hunger and humble for learning, sharing, teamwork and self-development * Resilient and adaptable under changes and uncertainties WILL BE A PLUS * You love music and music-related products * Love to interact with mobile music games/ apps * Prior experience in gaming industry * Being comfortable with data and turning multiple sources of data into insights * Entrepreneurial spirit: comfortable with uncertainties and changes in a fast-paced environment * Fanatic learner: proactive learning and sharing knowledge WHAT WE OFFER * Competitive salary, 100% salary during probation * Performance bonus with 30% of company profit shared with no cap * Full SHUI as Vietnamese Law + Premium Private Medical Insurance and annual health check * Minimum 12 days paid annual leave + 10 days paid sick leave. * 12 days working from home per year * Annual flexi-budget (9.400.000-18.800.000 VNĐ/year) for personal development * Free daily lunch with 10+ menu options. * Free daily F&B: Snacks, juice, beverage, tea-time * Monthly/Bi-monthly team activity allowance * Company learning trip will be top of countries that we gain most profit. 1st is Korea, next destination is Japan * Sponsored sports activities: badminton, soccer, ... * Sponsored overseas conferences and industry events for all levels. * Modern equipments/AI tool provided.
