Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist   Location: Pune, Hybrid| Experience: 5-7 yrs | Employment Type: Full-Time    About the Role  We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves the art of finding the right people. This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment , with a hands-on involvement in core HR activities.  If you're someone who owns hiring like a business function and isn't afraid to get into the details, this one's for you.    Key Responsibilities  * Manage end-to-end recruitment across mid to senior-level IT and non-IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rollout  * Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectations  * Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channels  * Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout  * Drive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structures  * Manage and develop strong relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence  * Maintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real-time hiring data  * Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire  * Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires  * Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team communications  * Help coordinate and maintain employee records  * Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution    What We're Looking For  * 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in IT hiring  * Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management  * Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively  * Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)  * Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle  * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills  * Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously    Good to Have  * Experience working in a product or IT services company  * Exposure to HR tools / ATS platforms  * MBA in HR or relevant certification is a plus
